Notice from Fr Benedict

NEW ACADEMIC YEAR:

The new Academic Session commences on the 26th of September at the University. To ensure the spiritual life of the Parish and set aside time for my studies, it is necessary to rearrange Mass and Service. Consequently, there would be changes in times for Masses and services. I will intimate you with the changes as soon as possible. May I also remind you that occasionally I will be away from the Parish, for short periods. This will be to attend to seminars or conferences associated with my studies. I thank you for your support and understanding.

This Week's Reflection

To be traumatized or demoralized should never be our story. Things may happen to bring down our morale but God's power in us can conquer the worst. As a rule of faith, never focus on the rising storm that stands before you; focus on the power of the One who created you. The word of God is full of promises, and they will come to pass in your life. Psalm 121:3-4 says, "God will not allow your foot to slip; your guardian does not sleep. Truly, the guardian of Israel never slumbers nor sleeps."
